This evaluation helps us gain a deeper understanding of your unique needs, allowing us to create a personalized skin care treatment plan to achieve clear, healthy skin.

Cancellation Policy

To book appointment For In-House appointments you may book directly online with a non-refundable booking Fee. For mobile services please email, text, or call to schedule the Date and Time. Once your date and time has been confirmed, Pure Spa will e-mail you a confirmation. (Oncology Services Only) 100% deposit is required for booking mobile services. Please be advised, mobile services date & schedule time will only be reserved when a deposit is received. Payment: Venmo, Clover, Paypal, CashApp (Accept business checks only. There is a $40 fee for any business check that is returned.) Cancellations and Refunds (studio and mobile) If you must cancel for any reason, the following refund policy applies: 1. For Cancellations you will be able to rebook one time without a new fee. No-Shows must rebook with a fee. 2.In the event of inclement weather, serious illness or any other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel appointment and offer an alternative date if available or refund your deposit.
