Cost – $400.00 with a $175.00 non-refundable deposit. The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, and practice. Practice time includes learning the hand positions to be able to give a complete Reiki treatment to family, friends, and pets and self-treatment. Practice connecting with energy and using level 1 symbols, and practice using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned below and receiving level I Attunement. Introduction to Reiki, its history, how does it work. Japanese Reiki Techniques, as taught by Dr. Usui The five principles of Usui Reiki and preparing for Reiki. Anatomical illustrations for Reiki. Reiki self-treatment, how to prepare yourself and give Reiki to yourself. Reiki self-healing hand positions. Preparing others for Reiki and treating others with Reiki. Rapid Reiki treatment Reiki, pregnancy, babies, and children. Reiki to animals, plants and vegetation, foods, and drinks. Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits. Class certificate. Class Manual ​ While practice takes place during the class, it is expected that you will set aside additional time to practice after the class is over. Please commit to this additional time which should be one evening a week for several weeks, or its equivalent, to practice Reiki with one, or more, people from your Reiki class or with members of your family or friends. This additional practice is necessary to gain the experience and confidence you need to fully utilize the Reiki training.
