For In-House appointments you may book directly online with a non-refundable booking Fee.
For mobile services please email, text, or call to schedule the Date and Time. Once your date and time has been confirmed, Pure Spa will e-mail you a confirmation. (Oncology Services Only)
100% deposit is required for booking mobile services.
Please be advised, mobile services date & schedule time will only be reserved when a deposit is received.

(Accept business checks only. There is a $40 fee for any business check that is returned.)
Cancellations and Refunds (studio and mobile)
If you must cancel for any reason, the following refund policy applies:
1. For Cancellations you will be able to rebook one time without a new fee. No-Shows must rebook with a fee.
2.In the event of inclement weather, serious illness or any other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel appointment and offer an alternative date if available or refund your deposit.
What to expect the day of service (Mobile only)
Set Up/ Take Down: I will arrive at time scheduled, (for larger events I will arrive 30 minutes in advance) please consider ½ hour time frame before and after service for set up and take down. I will need access to outlet for equipment as well as sink/water.
Pets: Many nail products contain chemicals, it is best to have all pets kept safely away from work area to avoid accidents.
Parking: Please leave some space to park near an entrance where I will not be blocked in. I would appreciate easy access, as I have heavy items to carry into your home or business.
Travel Fee: An additional 53.5 cent fee is charged for locations 10 miles from business location.
What do I bring: Depending on service provided I will bring all tools and equipment needed to provide quality services.
Where is the service held? All spa services are typically held at individual’s home or office. We accommodate most locations.
